Decided to cancel? Ouch, my heart! Your deposit turns into fairy dust (aka it's non-refundable). Cancel within less than 24 hours of your appointment, and you'll lose your deposit and, yep, you guessed it, a new appointment means a new deposit. Remember, deposits are like love letters – heartfelt but non-transferable.
**Ghostbusters – No Shows:**
Pull a vanishing act on me? If you stand me up, that deposit you made - consider it a parting gift. And sorry, babe, but it'll be our last rendezvous and you will not be invited back.
**Late Arrivals? Here's the Skinny:**
**Consults & Patch Tests:** You've got a 10-minute grace period. Slip past that, and your appointment vanishes, along with your deposit.
**Treatment Time:** 15 minutes of grace for you to dash through our doors. Miss it, and we'll sadly have to cancel, keeping your deposit as a little keepsake.
